Sit Down to Stand Up for Kids: Spin Event

Join Bill Brooks at Evolutions Annapolis for a very special CASA fundraising event, now through the end of November. Classes are held every Sunday morning at 8:30 am.
About Bill:
As a coach and instructor, I often find myself in AWE of my participants and their growth, stories, smiles, and energy in class. It inspires me to give everything I can in my life and has often helped me get through the ultra-endurance races I compete in.
My big picture intention this year is to give everything – taking all the positive energy that I am so fortunate to receive and give it back! That includes giving back to the amazing crew of riders at Evolutions and our greater community. So, on Sundays through the month of November, I am excited to be making a small donation to Anne Arundel County CASA for every rider that attends our “Sit Down to Stand Up for Kids” spin class!
